RECCH 1500:00:00Pan-Tilt-Zoom Pipe Inspection explained.
A forward-looking camera sees the pipe ahead. A pan-tilt-zoom head can also look up, down and sideways, and zoom in to read the surface of a joint or a crack.
We use PTZ inspection where detail matters: side taps, suspicious joints, hairline cracks and anywhere a defect needs a second look. Seeing it clearly keeps you from paying to fix something that is not there, or from missing something that is.

Do I need PTZ for a normal inspection?
Often not. It is for detail work, larger pipe and second opinions.
Can PTZ find hidden cracks?
It can show cracks that are visible on the pipe surface. It cannot see through the wall.
Is it available for small pipes?
The heads are larger, so PTZ suits bigger lines. We use other cameras for small drains.
