Briefing

In-Home Drain Line Inspection explained.

Inside most houses the drain lines are a branching tree of small pipes hidden in walls and slabs. They collect grease, soap scum, hair and scale, and they can crack or sag where nobody can see.

We scope under sinks, through tub and shower drains and through any interior cleanout, then follow the line to where it joins the main stack or the sewer. If something is wrong inside, you see it.

Questions

In-Home Drain Lines FAQ.

Will you take apart my plumbing?

Sometimes a trap has to come off. We keep it minimal, put it back and tell you first.

Can you find a leak in a wall?

We can see damage inside the drain pipe and narrow down where it is. Finding water supply leaks is a different job, and we explain the difference.

How is this different from drain cleaning?

Cleaning clears the line. The camera shows why it keeps clogging and whether cleaning is enough.
