RECCH 0500:00:00Annual Maintenance Inspection explained.
Pipes do not fail overnight. Roots creep, scale thickens and bellies grow. A recorded inspection each year or every couple of years lets you compare this year’s footage with last year’s and act when something changes.
We scope the same line on a schedule that suits its age and risk, store the footage, and note what has changed. For businesses and landlords it doubles as a maintenance record.

How often should I scope?
Old clay, cast iron or Orangeburg lines with big trees nearby deserve a look every one to three years. Newer plastic lines can go longer.
Do you keep the old footage?
Ask us about keeping a record so you can compare year over year.
Is it worth it for a house?
For an old line with trees, it is a small cost compared with an emergency repair.
