RECCH 0100:00:00Leak Detection explained.
A leak is a mystery with a bill attached. A wet spot in the yard, a damp patch on a slab or a high water bill can all trace back to a failed pipe, but finding exactly where is the hard part.
We start by asking what is leaking and where it shows. For drain and sewer lines the camera shows cracks, offsets and missing sections directly. For other suspected leaks we use listening equipment, tracing and logical elimination to narrow the location, and we tell you plainly how confident we are in the result.

Can you find any leak?
Not always. Sewer and drain leaks are often visible on camera. Pressurized water leaks can be harder, and we say honestly when we can only narrow the area.
Will you dig to find it?
We locate and mark. Digging is done by a plumber or excavator of your choice.
Is a wet yard always a sewer leak?
No. It can be irrigation, groundwater, a downspout or a water supply line. Part of our job is ruling things out.
