RECCH 0200:00:00Under-Slab Drain Investigation explained.
Many slab-on-grade homes have cast iron or plastic drain lines poured into or under the concrete. When one cracks or settles, the signs are subtle: a damp floor, a persistent odor, a slow drain you cannot explain.
We scope the drain from the nearest cleanout or fixture, trace its path under the floor and look for breaks, offsets, bellies and root entry. Where a defect is found we locate it from above, so a repair opens the smallest possible section of floor.

Does a slab leak always mean a drain problem?
No. Water supply lines in or under a slab can also leak. We help identify which system is the problem.
Can the camera follow bends under the slab?
Usually, with a flexible push camera. Some very tight turns or deep lines limit the reach.
Do I have to break the slab?
Only if a defect needs repair. Many problems can be handled without it, and the footage tells you which.
