RECCH 0400:00:00Insurance Claim Video Inspection explained.
Insurance claims for sewer backups and pipe damage turn on documentation: what failed, where, and what caused it. A time-stamped recording of the inside of the pipe is far stronger than a description.
We record the line, note each finding with its location and write a neutral summary of what the footage shows. We do not decide coverage. We provide the evidence, and you send it to your insurer, adjuster or attorney.

Will the insurer accept your video?
Many insurers accept recorded camera inspections as evidence. Ask your adjuster what format they want and we will provide it.
Can you say what caused the damage?
We describe what is visible, such as roots, a break or a collapse. Causes involving timing or coverage are for the insurer and your contractor.
Should I wait for the insurer’s inspector?
Ask your adjuster. If repairs are urgent, record the line first so the evidence is preserved.
