RECCH 0200:00:00Drain Camera Inspection explained.
Not every drain problem is in the yard. A slow tub, a sink that clogs every month or a washer that backs up usually points to something in the branch lines inside the walls and under the slab. A drain camera is the fastest way to find out what.
We use a compact flexible camera that fits through cleanouts, tub drains and fixture openings. It shows grease, scale, a belly, a bad joint or a stuck object, and it shows exactly how far into the line it is.
The deliverables.
Finds the real cause
Instead of snaking blindly, you see what is actually in the line.
Small and flexible
Gets around the tight bends in branch lines that larger cameras cannot.
Saves repeat visits
Fix the cause once rather than clearing the same clog again.
Clean video proof
A recording you can show a plumber, landlord or insurer.
How it runs.
A clear sequence from first look to final walkthrough.
- 01
Choose the access
A cleanout, vanity drain or removed trap becomes the entry point.
- 02
Feed the camera
We push the flexible camera along the line while recording.
- 03
Find the cause
We stop at every defect and note its distance from the entry point.
- 04
Explain the fix
You see the footage and get a clear next step, whether cleaning or repair.

Do you have to remove a toilet?
Sometimes a toilet is the best access, but we try cleanouts and other openings first and tell you before we pull anything.
Can you tell what is clogging it?
Usually yes. Grease, wipes, roots, scale and bellies all look different on camera.
Is this the same as a sewer inspection?
It uses a smaller camera for the lines inside the house. The sewer line out to the street is a separate, larger run.
