RECCH 0400:00:00Sewer Line Mapping explained.
Older properties have additions, abandoned lines and branches that nobody drew. A map of the sewer system saves headaches for every future project, from a fence to a pool to a new bathroom.
We trace the lines with the sonde and receiver, mark the route, note depths and turns, and photograph the markings. For larger properties we can produce a sketch showing distances from fixed points like the corner of the house.

How long do the marks last?
Paint fades with rain and mowing. That is why we photograph them and give you a sketch.
Can you find abandoned lines?
We find lines we can trace. Abandoned or sealed lines without access can be harder.
Do you map storm lines too?
Yes, where we can reach an opening.
